Current students and employees can sign in to the portal with their SCCCD login ID and password to access additional site features and applications.


Prospective students will need to apply to one of the District college campuses before given access to the portal. New students will receive access to the portal within 24 hours after submitting the online CCCApply application.

Colleague and Self-Service Maintenance

Colleague and Self-Service must be taken off-line for Student Planning and transcript updates.

When?

Colleague and related systems will be taken off-line this Sunday morning, December 21, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (1 hour).

Which Systems Will Be Affected?

Users will not have access to the following systems throughout the downtime:

  • Colleague
  • Self-Service
